Three Cheese Baked Ziti with Turkey Sausage

Italian turkey sausage casing removed, cooked & crumbled

ziti or other tubular-shaped pasta cooked and drained

Container (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese

Can (8 ounces) Italian-flavored tomato sauce

Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Package (8 ounces) Mozzarella cheese shredded, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine cooked sausage, cooked ziti, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and half of the shredded Mozzarella; stir to blend.

Spoon pasta mixture into a buttered shallow 2-quart casserole; drizzle with tomato sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and hot. Uncover and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
